Camp Staff
Camp Director – Tim Grosz
Camp Director Tim Grosz has background as a player and coach which allow him to effectively lead this unique camp experience. As Northwestern College’s head men’s basketball coach, Grosz has lead the Eagles to multiple post-season tournament championships in the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) and has also orchestrated the program advancing to the NAIA Division II national championship tournament. Grosz has been recognized as the UMAC Coach of the Year on multiple occasions.
Coach Grosz surpassed the 100-win career plateau in 2005–06, hitting the milestone faster than any other head coach in Northwestern men’s basketball history. His 170 career victories and career winning percentage (.630) are both first in the program’s history. His approach to winning the game is equaled by his passion for helping campers grow strong in their faith through the lessons that can be learned on the court.
Camp Notes
. Athletes should be in good physical condition to prevent injuries
. Each camper is responsible for his own insurance coverage
