Northwestern earns AVCA Team Academic Award

The Northwestern volleyball team was recently awarded the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Team Academic Award. Northwestern was one of 450 teams nationwide and 75 NCAA Division III institutions to be honored with the accolade.

51 winter and spring student-athletes earn UMAC Academic All-Conference awards

Northwestern contributed 51 student-athletes to the total number of 307 winter and spring student-athletes who earned UMAC Academic All-Conference honors, the league announced on Tuesday. The 307 join the 355 fall individual academic all-conference awards to account for a total of 662 accolades throughout the 2009-10 academic year.
